Joe Rogan talked about going to, “a dark place,” to complete his challenge. My experience was exactly the opposite.
It was uplifting. Exhausting, but uplifting.
My results are below. I beat Rogan’s score by more than 3,000 points racking up some crazy stats in the process.
The thing is no individual workout was that impressive. Anyone could do one of my workouts. The tough thing was going 31 days straight without a recover day, often doing multiple workouts in a single day.
I finished the last day by doing a half marathon (very, very slowly) over snowy mountain terrain. Taking a few ours of rest. Then doing 3 hours on an Airdyne bike.
